Cats love to have their own adventures. Catventure Scarf is a depiction of what I imagine a cat might do upon leaving the house for a day. The scarf features eight different scenes of a cat exploring, making up one long adventure! Double knit, the scarf is fully reversible, featuring opposite color schemes on either side. Use two solid colors for a classic look or a solid with a color-changing yarn for a more interesting combination (gradual or subtle color changes work best).

Any cat lover knows that cats have plenty of sass! The Sassy Cats Scarf is a tribute to my late cat, Fizgig, who I often called Ms. Sassy Pants, due to her long fur and tail as she would walk away with attitude. The scarf is full of cats showing their… “attitude” as they walk or strut away. Wear this sassy scarf when you’re in a fun mood or want to provoke some laughs!

Double knit, the scarf is fully reversible, showing opposite colors on each side. Use a color changing yarn paired with a solid color for a neat effect or use two solid colors for a more classic look. Instructions are included for the double knitting technique. The scarf length is approximately 69 inches (175 cm) and the finished width is approximately 5.5 inches (14 cm). The colorwork design is charted, not written instructions.

I’m excited to announce a new Mystery Knit a Long (MKAL), the Catventure Scarf!

What is an MKAL? An MKAL is when the pattern is broken up into a series of clues or parts. What the final piece looks like is a mystery until all the parts have been received.

The scarf features eight different scenes of a cat exploring, making up one long adventure. The MKAL starts on September 15, will be run on Ravelry, and the pattern is 20% off until it starts. There will also be a drawing at the end for participants.
